Up to five relevant grant opportunities, with eligibility notes, deadlines, and funding amounts when available.
One written checklist of recommended next steps.
One 30-minute follow-up meeting.
Scope: One organization and one program or funding priority. Grant writing is available separately.
Intermediate Service
INTERMEDIATE SERVICE | Build and Apply
For organizations ready to develop a program and pursue a specific funding opportunity.
Includes:
All Basic services.
Two additional 60-minute working sessions.
Development or refinement of one program’s description, goals, activities, and expected results.
Preparation of one grant application.
Support developing one project budget using financial information provided by your organization.
Review of the application’s required supporting documents.
Up to two rounds of revisions before submission.
Scope: One organization, one program, and one grant application. Your organization provides required records, approves the final application, and authorizes submission.Advanced Service
ADVANCED SERVICE | Strengthen and Sustain
For organizations seeking grant support alongside stronger leadership and long-term planning.
Includes:
All Intermediate services, with support for up to two grant applications total.
A broader organizational review to identify gaps affecting funding readiness and sustainability.
One 90-minute board training session tailored to your organization’s needs.
One succession-planning session and a written succession-planning framework.
One 12-month funding strategy and grant calendar.
Three monthly 60-minute advisory meetings.
Scope: One organization and up to two related program priorities over a three-month engagement. The succession framework identifies key roles, continuity needs, and transition steps.
Additional Services
Additional grant applications, research, training sessions, revisions, and ongoing advisory support may be purchased separately.
Working Together
Each engagement begins with a written agreement confirming deliverables, fees, timelines, and client responsibilities.
